whether i can submit my application on line for the UPSC Engineering Service Examination?

no u cant submit ur application online . u need to purchase the form from the various designated post offices throughout the country. The fees for examination is paid through Central Recruitment Fee stamp.

you can submit the online form either on www.upsc.gov.in or you can also submit it on
www.webair.in/jobs/tag/upsc-online-application-forms/

Log on to http://www.upsconline.nic.in/ to access the home page of the ONLINE APPLICATION.

Before filling up the form candidates are advised to carefully go through the Notification No 05/2010-Engg. published in the Employment News dated 30.01.2010 excerpts of which are also available in the Examination Notice submenu of the Guidelines to the Candidates menu.

Yes you can now submit the application forms online also. please log in to www.upsc.gov.in and choose the examination which you want to apply for. read the instructions and as directed. for online submission you must have scanned copy of your photograph and your signature as it is required to complete the process.
