Postal Assistant Exam Eligibility Criteria:-

** To give this exam you need to pass in class 12 exam from a recognized institution and secure not less than 60% of marks at 10+2 level.

** The above percentage needs to be secured by the general category candidates. For OBC candidates it is 55% and for SC/ST candidates it is 45% of marks in aggregate.

** You have to attain the minimum age of 18 to appear for this exam. The upper age limit for general category candidate is 27 years. Age relaxation is applicable for the reserved category candidates.

** Proficiency in the local language of the State of the concerned postal circle is required to avoid any communication problem.

** It will do if you have studied hindi at matriculation level or above.

** There will be four topic and 25 marks each have been allotted for each topic. So there will be 100 questions of one mark each. The paper needs to be completed in two hours' time.

** Along with the written exam you need to sit for a computer test too and pass in it. The duration of the exam wont be more than thirty minutes.
