If in case my form got rejected then will i get my fee back or what is the alternative method?

There is no any alternate method by which you can get your money back to you.
Because once you purchase the application form and submitted to the respected department then it means that you have taken a facility and have tried for the process.

Hence there is no such criteria in any department of institute by virtue of which you can get the money of the application form.

Refund is a case in which the organisation usually return all the money to the candidate but also there is some limitations for that.

There is term known as "Terms and condition" If it will be written on the form that "If form gets rejected then your money will also be refunded" In such case you can write an application form to get your money back. But if there will be no such terms and condition then your money will not be refunded at any cost.
