After visiting the MHRD website 2 days before I got the information that we have to renew our forms after getting the scholarship within 15 days. However, I forgot to do so. So, what should I do now? How can my scholarship be renewed?

Sorry, there is no way to renew the form after the deadline. MHRD decides the scholarship fresh and renew application forms submission dead line every year. Eligible candidates have to submit the application form with necessary documents attached, in online or offline process before the deadline.

As you have already got your scholarship amount , you have to submit the renewal form before deadline. As deadline is over, you can't renew your scholarship application form to get the scholarship amount again.
