Yes, you are eligible to get the admission in the honors course after the gap years.

To get the admission in the honors course the required eligibility criteria is :-
* Candidates must have passed the 10+2 from the recognised board.
* Candidates must have the aggregate or qualify in the entrance examination conducted by the institute for the admission.

So, you are eligible to get the admission in the 2016 the admission for the 2015 is closed. You are also eligible to get the admission in the DU after scoring the 88% aggregate in the board examination.
