How to go for higher studies after passing 12th?

There are many fields after 12th.

ARTS and Science courses:

1.B.Sc., Computer Science
2.B.Sc.,Mathematics
3.B.Sc.,Physics
4.B.Sc.,Chemistry
5.B.Sc., Animation
6.BCA (computer Application)
7..BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration)
8..B.Com (Commerce)

In Engineering Branch:

1.ECE
2.EEE
3.Civil
4.Mechanical
5.IT(Information Technology)
6.B.Tech
in B.Tech many major available. Choose any one like Bio-medical engineering etc.,

Other than many computer courses are also there.
And Medical field MBBS also present.

You should be 10+2 passed with Physics, Chemistry and Biology to become eligible for Biotechnology course.

The admission in most of the colleges in through entrance examination and you have to get a good rank for getting admission into a top college.


So if you have the subjects in 10+2 then you are eligible for it and you can apply for various University entrance exam.

The examination will have questions related to Physics, Chemistry and Biology.Hence revise whatever you have studied in your 10+2.

You can try for B.Sc in Biotechnology or B.Tech in Biotechnology. Pass in 12th with physics, chemistry, and biology is the basic qualification required. Admission to B.Tech courses are done through entrance exams. All India Biotechnology Common Entrance Test, VITMEE, etc are some of such entrance exams. Marks in 12th class are considered for admission to B.Sc in Biotechnology.
