After passing 10th, it is not possible to join Indian Army of NDA but you can join Indian Army as a soldier.

To join Indian Army as a soldier, the candidate must be an Indian Citizen having completed 10th standard from a recognised Board within the age of 23 years with good Physical and Mental Fitness.

The selection of candidate is conducted in every State recruitment Centre from time to time which is usually notified through employment news.
