i am a student of 5th sem mca.i am interested in army officer job. Can I get the job? What jobs are there for me?

Yes there is a job for mca.

MCA students can work in computer field in Indian army.

The minimum qualification is you must pass the physics,chemistry,and maths in your 10+2 level .
age :21-37years.

After completing your graduation you can apply for CDS.

You will have to prepare for CDSE exam and then if pass that you will have to give SSB
and if you get selected in that then you have to appear for medical test and if you clear that then you will be selected and have to join the defence.

Yes you are eligible to apply for the Indian Air force as an officer.
You can apply for the Indian Army as an officer through Combined
Defence service examination. This examination is conducted by the
UPSC twice in a year. To apply for this examination you need the
following eligibility criteria.

Education Qualification
Candidate should be graduate in any discipline from the recognized
university. Those appeared in the final year examination are also
eligible to apply for the CDS examination.

Age Limit
For OTA 19 - 25 years
For IMA 19 - 24 years
For NA 19 - 22 years
For AFA 19 - 23 years

So you have to apply for the CDS examination if you want to be
an officer in Indian Army.

There are no words to describe the privileges that you are going to get when you join the Army as an officer. To join as a permanent commissioned officer in the Army, you need to join NDA or the IMA. Since you are doing your MCA you will not be able to join the Fighting cadre as an officer. You will be eligible to join the education sector or the logistics cadre. This is similar to the case with Navy as well as Air Force.

Dear..

You are completing your MCA that means you have already cleared your Graduation course and hence you are eligible for the exam of CDS. The CDS exam stands for Combined Defence services and it is a exam conducted two times in a year



The eligibility of CDS is as follows :-

Candidate must be a graduate
Graduation must be done from a recognized university
Age limit = 19-23
Final year candidate are also eligible
Candidate from Maths and Physics are only eligible for Indian Navy and Air Force
All the other candidate are only eligible for Indian Army.

The exam is conducted by UPSC. Selected candidate are then called for an Interview. So if you have age now then you are eligible otherwise you are not at all eligible to get into Army so make sure you are eligible.
