Dear friend,
You can join CBI through giving the SSC(Staff Selection Committee) exam in various posts like: Sub-Inspector, Assistant Public Prosecutor and Senior Public Prosecutor (SPP). The eligibility to apply for the posts of assistant PP and Senior PP is that the candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in LLB(Law) and 10 years of experience in LLB respectively. The general educational qualification for Sub-inspector post is graduation degree from a recognized university. So if you have completed graduation you can appear in the SSC exam. Good luck!

No you are not eligible for joining the CBI.
CA is no graduate course, and so you do not fulfill the minimum requirement to join the CBI. For the CBI, you need to appear for the SSC Combined Graduate Preliminary Exam, held by the SSC every year. Minimum Educational Qualification: Candidate must be a graduate in any field from a recognized university. So as you are not a graduate, so you are not eligible. CA is not considered as a graduate course. So you cannot apply for CBI.
