Procedure to join CBI after completing B.Com?


I'm a B.Com graduate, interested to join in the CBI. Let me know the procedures or the way for that.

To join CBI you have to clear UPSC exam .

ELIGIBILITY :

graduate from recognized college or universities.There is no specific stream

requirement.

Those who have completed 21 years of age are eligible to appear. You can appear when

you are in the final year of graduation.

You will need to first clear the CSAT level and then the Mains and finally the

interview.

Yeah you can join In CBI Don't worry about it

But you have to undergo a long process as you have to write CSE(Civils Examination)

in the integrated services of the CSE or

there is one more method that is SSC(Staff Selection Committee exam)

with this exam too you can enter into CBI as Inspector

but the high level jobs are by IPS officers only

SSC is also not a simple exam it also consists of 4 stages

you have to clear all of them

Then only you will get placed in CBI department

Some times the candidates with LAW background also get a chance to enter in to cbi

this is all about CBI intake of Personnel

The CBI is a specialized wing of the central government
which handles only a BIG special cases.

Procedure to Join:

To join the CBI, you need to appear for the
Combined Graduate Preliminary Exam conducted by SSC.
The exam is held every year.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate from any field can apply.

Age Limits:

For CBI Assistant grade & Sub-Inspector, candidate must be between
20-27 years.

i have completed my graduation and would like to join C.B.I ,I have secured above 60% in SSC and HSC.But only 50% in bcom.So is it possible for me to join.?

YES ,You are eligible cbi exam

To join Cbi you need to appear for CGPE exam i.e. Combined Graduate preliminary Exam which is conducted by SSC board every year.

Those candidate are graduate from any recognized university with any discipline are eligible for Cbi exam.(Criminology)

But your age should be in between 20 to 27 years old.Age relaxation is provide for SC/ST/OBC category as per govt rule.

The maximum attempts for SC/ST candidate is Unlimited. For OBC candidate it is 7 years and for general candidate it will be 5 years.

Also you must be in citizen in India.

The selection process is contain in two stage

In first stage written test:-

1)General question ---------- 200marks
2)English -------------------200 marks

In second stage you can faced an interview which is contain 100 marks.

I want to join cbi. can any one tell me apart from ssc xam when does cbi conducts the exam for sub inspectors.?

To start a carer in CBI, SSC is the only medium to join CBI. Besides that officers from state police gets deputation to join CBI. If you appear in Civil services Exam conducted by UPSC and manage to succeed and get IPS you can join CBI at a higher level.

Hello friend..

A) Educational Qualification:

Degree in any discipline from a Recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. OR

A pass with 50% marks in HSC examination of 10+2 (10+2+3) pattern/11th Std. of (11+1+3) pattern or Intermediate / Pre-University or any equivalent examination / Diploma in Banking recognized by Central/State Government or U.T. administration. OR

A pass with 60% marks in the aggregate in Matriculation / SSC (old pattern) / SSLC/ 10th Std. examination of 10+2+3 pattern or equivalent.

For SC/ST / EX-Servicemen / PWD, the educational qualification is relaxed as below:

A pass in HSC examination (10+2) of 10+2+3 pattern/11th Std. examination of 11+1+3 pattern / Pre-University or equivalent examination. OR

A pass with 50% marks in the aggregate in matriculation / SSC (old pattern) SSLC / 10th Std. in (10+2+3) pattern or equivalent examination.

Note:

For Ex-Servicemen (who do not possess the above) a pass in service (Departmental) Examination which is recognized to civil examination not below the rank of Higher Secondary School Examination.
All Educational Qualifications should be from Recognized University / Central / State / U.T. Administration.
Should be able to write and speak English fluently.
Knowledge to read, write and speak the official language of the state for which the candidate has applied is essential.
Computer Literacy- Apart from relevant qualification for the above post, computer literacy shall be an essential qualification, which the candidate must either possess or acquire within six months of joining the Bank

The Central Bureau Investigation(CBI),the base of administrative branch of India, provides the information relating to corruption in Central Government departments and Central Public Sector Undertakings which is directly or indirectly devoted for the Investigation, Anti Corruption, Economic Offences, Special Crimes.

Eligibility for appearing CBI exam :-
1) Age :-
Your's age must lie between :-
(a) 20 to 27 years for Assistant Grade & SIs in CBI
(b) 18 to 27 years for inspectors of CE/IT & Div. Acctts/Auditors/UDCs, etc.,
(c) 20 to 25 years for SIs in CPOs on the first day of the August of the year of Examination.
The upper age limit may be relaxed in respect of
SC,ST,OBC.

2) Educational Qualification :-
You should have a degree of a recognized University or equivalent.

Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI)

For getting jobs in CBI you must have to clear the CGPE (COMBINED GRADUATE PRE ENTRANCE EXAM) conducted by SSC board every years.

Educational qualification-
for appear in this exam you must have to complete your graduation in any stream from a recognized college.


Age limit-
the age limit for this exam is 20-27, there are 5 & 3 years of age relaxations are also applicable for SC\ST & OBC candidates respectively.

You can apply for the post of CBI through SSC combined graduate preliminary examination. This examination is conducted every year by the UPSC. To apply for this examination you need the following eligibility criteria.

you should be physically fit with correct height weight and eye sight.

HI,
After passing the graduation you can join C.B.I..
For this you have to qualify the Civil Services Exam..

Civil services Exam is conducted by U.P.S.C once in a year..

There is another way to join C.B.I that is After qualifying the Exam conduced by Staff Selection Commission(S.S.C)

Both the exam is among the toughest exam in India..
So start your preparation from now onward..

heelo dude.....
Central Bureau of Investigation is the top most investigation agency in the country.It investigates the top and big cases in the country.For getting into that you need to write the exam conducted by Union Public Service Commission.

The Eligibility details of the posts is as follows:
  1. Candidates must have completed graduation from any recognized university.
  2. Minimum 21 years of age.
  3. The maximum age allowed is 27 years.
  4. Age relaxation is provided for reserved categories.
  5. 5 years for SC/ST Candidates.
  6. 3 years for OBC candidates.
  7. The upper age is relaxable for certain categories of employees working under government of India and Defense Services Personnel.
Physical Requirements:
HEIGHT: For Male-165 cms.
For Female-150 cms.
CHEST: MALE- 76 cms.
No such requirement for females.
Good Eye Sight.


EXAM PATTERN: The exam pattern is as follows.
1.Preliminary Examination.
2.Main Examination.

In the Preliminary Examination,there are two papers.Paper 1 consists of General Awareness and General Intelligence.It consists of 100 questions and for 100 marks.The duration of the exam is 2 hours.In the Paper 2 there are 100 questions for 100 marks and all the questions are on Arithmetic only.Even the duration of this paper is 2 hours.Keep in mind that qualifying in the preliminary examination will not offer you a job,this will make you eligible for the Main examination.Coming to the final examination,the candidates who have passed in the preliminary examination are only allowed for the Main examination.

In the Main Examination there are two stages.They are written examination and personality test.The syllabus for the written examination is:
GENERAL STUDIES-100M
ENGLISH-100M
LANGUAGE-100M
ARITHMETIC-200M
COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND WRITING-100M

In the Personality test,they will test the personality and Mental ability of the candidates.The above mentioned are the eligibility and other details of the CBI.
