usually diploma in Mechanical applies to both mechanical as well as engineer , so can choose and prefer opting in any colleges....!!!

I'm second year dropper and now I'll complete my mechanical engineering diploma with 69% , can I join marine engineering college? or how can I join marine engineering college?
