Eligibility Required:-

>> Minimum qualification required to apply for M.Tech marine engineering is bachelors in engineering or technology from government recognized institute with minimum 60% marks.

>> Duration of M.Tech marine engineering is 2 years which are divided into 4 semesters from which tree semesters is for regular studies in college and final semester is for thesis and industrial visit.

Subjects to be Studied in Marine Engineering:- Major subjects to be studied are Wind waves and wave hydrodynamics, Marine geotechnical engineering, General Oceanography, Coastal engineering, Theoretical and experimental analysis of stress, Port planning and dredging, Analysis and design of marine structure, Construction, Planning , Operation and management of ports, Remote sensing applications in coastal engineering, Structural design and drawing, Foundation of marine structure etc.
