Indian candidate seeking to pursue MBBS course in Russia must have completed the +2 level of exam from a recognized Board with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Candidate must obtain an eligibility certificate from the Medical Council of India. The maximum age limit to pursue the course is 27 years old as on 1st of September of the year of application. The duration of the MBBS in Russia is six years. Candidate does not have to appear for any entrance examination. Admissions are based on the 12th standard marks.

Apart from these candidate needs to submit the required documents along with the application form.

i] Certificates and Mark sheet of Xth and XIIth
ii] College Leaving Certificate
iii] Copy of the Passport
iv] HIV free certificate with registered medical practicioners sign & seal
v] Pass port size photos

Now you want your borther to be a Docter and you want to do it from Russia acoording to me you shoulg stick to India because there are few reasons behind that that in Russia the education is very costly as compared to India because you are going to earn in rupees and spend in dollar or their currency and secondly the MBBS done from India gas an higher vale so my suggestion is to do it from India and then go to Russia for job .
