i want to join UK merchant navy as a deck cadet so what all qualifications do i need and what is the minimum monthly salary of a deck cadet in USD and what i have to do after passing 12th with pcm

YES you can go in Merchant Navy after 10th from NIOS, You should be Medically Fit with NO color Blindness....

Pre sea Training - Complete Sea Time 36 mts - Apply for officer Examination - Become 3rd Officer / 4th Engineer.

Yes You can join Merchant Navy without Match & From NIOS:

Phase 1: Pre Sea Training (Your Country / Aborad)
Duration: 3-4 months

Phase 2:Sea Time Completing on Ship
Duration : 36 momths
Stipend : 250 $ to 1000 $

Phase 3: Officer Examination for Deck / Engine
Duration : 6-7 months
