How many branches are available for M.Sc program and which one is better in to do in terms of job availability?
If students completed their graduation in plane B.Sc and wants to complete their M.Sc in Botany so, how many faculties (branches) they have ? And, which one is better for them?

M.Sc in Botany is a 2 year Post Graduation course being offered by many colleges in India. The course is divided into 4 semesters.
Below is the eligibility criteria to join this course. One should have completed Graduation with a minimum of 50% of marks from a recognized college. One should have studied Graduation with Science subjects like Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology, Microbiology and Chemistry. Admission for this course would be given on the basis of performance in the Entrance Exam. Each and every University will conduct its own Entrance Exam to give admission for the candidates. Below are some of the specializations that you can choose in M.Sc Botany -Genetics -Forestry -Cytology -Horticulture -Plant Ecology -Phycology -Forestry -Plant Anatomy You can choose the branch/specialization as per your interest and attain good practical knowledge so that you can perform well in the Job. You mentioned that you have completed plane B.Sc. I was not sure if you have Life science subjects in your B.Sc course. If you have, then you can apply for the Entrance Exam. |
