Re: How many seats are there under AIEEE entrance exam?
The total no. of seats in AIEEE participating institutions is approximately 27,700.
The no. of seats may vary if some new institution is added. There are few participating institutions which did not participate in AIEEE 2011 central counseling and conducted their separate counseling. The same may be repeated with same/more/less no. of institutions this year too. Also, there are many institutions which take admission through state engineering entrance exam or their private entrance exam and keep some percentage of seats for admission on the basis of AIEEE score. |

Re: How many seats are there under AIEEE entrance exam?
Hi
AIEEE is the short form of All India Engineering Entrance Examination and it is basically conducted by the CBSE to select candidates for the seats in B.E/B.Tech/B.Arch in various colleges across India. Its an exam which gives a All India Rank (AIR) to each student to show them where they stand in the All India level. The course for this exam is the whole syllabus of 11th and 12th Science stream , i.e Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Now to your query, there are about 40,000 seats under AIEEE on All India basis. There are the NIT's which take about 4000 students all together every year from the AIEEE score and rank. There are WB colleges, some UPTU colleges, South India colleges, Rajasthan colleges and many more which select candidates to fill up their seats for their courses. NOTE : These statistics are approximate and are subject to change every year. Hope this helps All the best Regards #RJ# |

Re: How many seats are there under AIEEE entrance exam?
Total number of seats in AIEEE government institutes are approx. 75000 and if you want a private institute then you can easily get admission but the fee structure is very high approx 80000 p/a is minimum.
So its better to take admission in government colleges, for this you have to work hard in all aspects. ALL THE BEST. |
