No you can't get admission in any government college with that rank because you scored poor marks. I am telling you all that on the basis of last few merit lists
But you can easily get admission in any other private college, they will easily provides you admission but the truth is that there is no campus placement in these colleges so i suggesst you take admission in any other course or give one more try to the test may be next year you will get admission in any good college
