USA i.e United States of America is one of the most advanced countries in the world and they have achieved everything on their own.

South Africa is another nation in the continent of Africa and they have also advanced in many ways.


Now as such there is no news of USA getting any doctrines for colonies in SA.

You have to check local EDUCATIONAL magazines or news of either of these countries to get the answer for this.
