Hello,
It doest mean that you should opt specialisation in MBA on the basis of your UG. It all depends upon your interest and the field in which you want to make your career.
you can go for HR - if you are good in perceiving others and interested in consultancy and training work.
You can go for Marketing - if you are good in communication and able to make an impact on others and have good selling skills.
You can go for Finance - if you have good calculations and analytical and decision making skills.
Its not so that above mentioned things are the only things, it all depends on your interest.

Dear friend,
In starting you will have to do struggle and if you get job in
any software company then as fresher you will get near
about Rs 10000-15000.But slowly slowly when you are getting
experience in the software field then you can get salary
above Rs 30000.So don't be disappointed in starting.Just do
hard work.Best of luck.
