The Union Public Service Commission will hold the National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination (II), 2011 on 21st August, 2011 for admission to Army, Navy, and Air Force Wings of NDA for 128th course and for the 90th Indian Naval Academy course (INAC) commencing from June, 2012
Conditions of eligibility Age limits, sex and marital status:Only unmarried male candidates born not earlier than 2nd July, 1993 and not later than 1st January, 1996 are eligible Educational qualifications For Army Wing of National Defence Academy: 12th class pass of 10+2 pattern of school education or equivalent examination conducted by a state education board or a university For Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and for the 10+2 cadet entry scheme of the Indian Naval Academy: 12th class pass of the 10+2 pattern of school education or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics, conducted by a state education board or a university Candidates who are appearing in the 12th class under 10+2 pattern of school education or equivalent examination can also apply for this examination Physical standards: Candidate must be physically fit according to the physical standards for admission to National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination (II), 2011 as given in appendix-V of commission’s notice for the examination published in employment news/rozgar samachar dated 09th April, 2011 |

Dear,
The minimum eligibility criteria for NDA is as follows:- 1.) 10+2 pass students with physics , chemistry , maths with a minimum of 70%. 2.) Age limitation is between 16.5 - 19 years. 3.) Minimum height requirement is 157 cm with 5cm chest expansion. 4.) Eyesight should be 6/6 of both the eyes. Thanks. |

![]() Hi.... Dear!!!! You want to serve the nation, which is really appreciable. This NDA [NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY] , examination, is conducted by the union public service commission [UPSC]. Through this examination, one can apply in all the combatant branches\forces of the Indian army , i.e. in naval , air force & military branch. For appear in this examination, you must have a 12th degree from a recognized board. For apply in naval & air force, you must have at least physics & maths as the passing subjects in the 12th. with at least 60%. The age limit for this examination is 16.5-19 years,.there is not any kind of age relaxations criteria is applicable for the any reserved category. The minimum height required for qualifying is 157.5cms and your weight between 55-60kg and chest should be nearly 80cms when it is fully stretched and you should not have such disease(s) that can affect your military works
