How much marks I should I get in both 1st and 2nd semester?


SIR..
I get CSE in Jalpaiguri Govt Engg College. I want to change my stream to ME in this college after 2nd sem. how much marks i have to get in both 1st and 2nd sem? pls help me...

I wanted change my college in 2nd year b tech?can they agree to go for other colleges?how can you help us to change colleges??please reply me sir
