As far as the eligibility criteria for the Common Proficiency Test is concerned, there is no percentage criteria, which means if you have qualified higher secondary level, you are eligible for the test no matter how much you scored in the exam.
And if your question is related to the minimum marks required to qualify the common proficiency test, it is 50%. The test comprise of a total of 200 marks, out of which, you need to score a minimum of 100 marks, i.e. 50% to qualify it.
The total marks of 200 is distributed as follows:

Fundamentals of Accounting-60 marks
Mercantile Law-40 marks
General Economics-50 marks
Quantitative Aptitude -50 marks
