i jus wanted to know syntels package for freshers.. i heard dat it has increased from 2.6 to above 3.. if it is lik dat den plz leme know

If you would satisfy their criteria , then your may be around 2.6 to 2.8 lakh.
Their eligibility criteria:
1. You should have atleast 50% in 10th, 12th and Graduation.
2.There should be no backlog.

I want to tell that syntel offer for fresher is,
2.8 per annum in regional enngg. colleges.

Syntel conducts campus recruiting at many colleges throughout India.

New recruits participate in an intensive, two-year program designed to provide opportunities for recent graduates to grow into skilled consultants with sound technical skills and varied project work experience. Participants in this program earn a monthly stipend.

The program is heavily centered towards “learning by doing” and is a combination of:

Classroom instruction Simulated assignments Individual mentoring by existing senior consultants Working on live projects for Syntel’s global customers Applicants to this program must be a recent graduate with a BE / B-Tech; Masters in Computer Applications; or MSc in Mathematics, Statistics or Physics. A stringent written test must be passed for consideration of entry into the program.

Also, from time to time to meet market demands, Syntel’s program may accept applicants with BSc in Mathematics, Statistics, or Physics and:

Presently the salary offered for the freshers in the Syntel company
is between 2,60,000-2,80,000.

The eligibility criteria required for the Syntel company is given below:
The candidate applying for the Syntel company should have at least
55% of marks in 10th, 12th and graduation.

The candidate should have not any current backlog and also the
maximum break of 1 year is allowed in studies.

The online test and interview is conducted for the selection of candidates
in the syntel company.

With the campus placement they are providing joining letter, then why didn't you got it.

You must ask about it to the Recruiting Officer.

Nobody has received it yet.. It will be sent to the respected college of yours. As my PO has informed it will be sent after 1month.

Don't go by the package of syntel. It is one of the better companies for which you should look forward.

But the package is 2.6 to 2.8.
