i m having both d call letters of syntel and L & T .syntel package is 2.9l and location is pune.L & T location is chennai and package is 3l .my uncle works for syntel in pune for 7 years . both d companies are having bonds for 2 yrs .which company should i prefer ?

I suggest you to join L and T rather than Syntel.

Here are the reasons:

• L and T is product and construction company which has long term career
• Hikes will be great
• Will have wide areas to explore
• You can have a career at high by gaining experience in L and T
• More package when compared to Syntel
• Latest technologies will be used and you can have experience with those technologies
