This may depend entirely on the company you are applying to. Each company may specify a certain percentage or marks in order to sit for the placement procedures. You can apply on the basis of that. In most of the cases, the candidates need to score between 50-60%. Before applying to a particular company it is important to see whether you are eligible to attend the placement procedures with respect to the criteria specified.
