You should have a degree from recognized university you have to apply and crack CDS (Combined Defense Service) examination conducted by UPSC After you clear out the CDS exam you will be called for SSB/SSC camp which of duration of 8 to 12 days Here in camp you have to clear some more examinations like 1.) screening test which includes aptitude test 2.)Group test, here a group of candidates are given some task to complete 3.)story writing 4.)Intelligence test 5.)Group discussions 6.)Interview ETC When clear these you will under go medical test, after clearing medical test you will selected on all India merit This Entrance Exam will let the candidates to be placed in the following defence services -Army wing -Navy wing -Air Force wing age limit is 20yrs to 25 yrs There is no relaxation in upper age limit at all for the candidates of any category. There is no need of percentage restriction..
NDA stands for National Defense Academy.NDA Examination are conducted by UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) twice in a year i.e., NDA I and NDA II. NDA Examination is conducted for 3 wings: • Indian Air Force • Indian Navy • Indian Army The Eligibility Criteria: ** The candidate must have to pass 12th class from a recognized university. ** And the final year of 12th class students also to apply for this NDA Examination. ** There is no any percentage restriction in 12th class. ** The age limit in between 16.5 to 19 years. There is no an upper age criteria. ** The candidate must be male person & unmarried and medically fit. ** The candidate must be citizen of India. National Defence Academy and Naval Academy ELIGIBILITY: Candidates appearing in the 11th class exam are not eligible for this examination Those candidates who have yet to qualify in the 12th class or equivalent examination and are allowed to appear in the UPSC examination should note that this is only a special concession given to them. They are required to submit proof of passing the 12th class or equivalent examination by the prescribed date (i.e. 5th December, 2012) and no request for extending this date will be entertained on the grounds of late conduct of Board/University Examination, delay in declaration of results or any other ground whatsoever Candidates who are debarred by the Ministry of Defence from holding any type of commission in the Defence Services shall not be eligible for admission to the examination and if admitted, their candidature will be cancelled Those candidates who have failed INSB/PABT earlier are not eligible for Air Force |

NDA ( National Defense Service Exam). This exam is conduct twice time in a year. If you have completed 12th standard from recognized board with science department you are applicable for NDA exam. Commerce and student are applicable for only Indian Army branch. Dear, U need to have atleast 12th standard marks must be above 50%. Age limit16.5 to 19 years. Only unmarried male candidate are applicable for NDA exam.You must have citizenship of India. All the best. |

There is no provision of any percentage of marks for NDA.
NDA- NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY exam conducted by UPSC twice every year as NDA-I and NDA-II for entry in to Indian Army, Navy and Air Force wings of NDA. The eligible candidate must be an unmarried Indian male having either appear for the final 12th exam or pass in any stream from a recognised Board within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with good physical fitness, is eligible to apply for NDA. For applying NDA you need to complete your 12th standard with atleast of 50% marks from any recognised university. The age limit for the NDA exam is 16.5 years to 19 years. All the best. |

(i) Notification of Examination: October - Novermber & April - May (ii) Conduct of Examination : April - May & Sept. - Oct Age-limits is 16-1/2 - 19 Years. Educational Qualifications: For Army Wing of NDA 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of school Education, or equivalent. For Air Force and Naval Wings of NDA and for 10+2 (Executive Branch) Course at Naval Academy 12 th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of school Education with Physics and Mathematics, or equivalent. Candidates appearing at the 12th Class Examination are also eligible to compete. Such candidates will be required to submit the proof of passing the 12th Class Examination by a date to be specified in the Commission’s Notice for the Examination. Written Examination 1. Mathematics (Objective type) 300 Marks 2. General Ability Test (Objective type) 600 Marks Total marks for written examination 900 Marks Marks for SSB Interviews 900 Marks |

eligibity for NDA: 1.you should be in 10+2/Equivalent from recognised boar/university or passed the same 2.candidate should have science side(maths+physics) in 11-12th class for air force and navy. 3.You should be citizen of India 4.your age should be between 16 1/2 to 19 years 5.you should be unmarried male candidates only 6.To apply for airforce wing you shoould have height within 157.5cms-163.5 7.you should have chest 81 cms and expandable to 5cms 8.you should have proper eye-sight 6/6. 9.your weight should be according to your height ALL THE BEST.. |

There is no as such percentage criteria for NDA but it will be good for you if you get more then 60% in your 12th Class.
But Make sure your age limit that a candidate should possess to be eligible for NDA Exam is 16 1/2 years to 19 years. |

the minimum percentage required in NDA exam is 50% and there shouldn't be any back papers. with your this percentage the age should be 16 1/2 year to 19 year. So more information you can collect from the upsc website as you know that this exam is conducted by the upsc so visit on the upsc website www.upsc.gov.in

Candidate must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in the higher secondary examination and atleast, have 40% in Biology, Physics, Chemistry, English. During the time of admission, he should be 17 1/2 years and must not be over 23 years of age. After or during the +2 tenure, interested candidates need to write NDA Exam for the Army wing of National Defense Academy. Candidates willing to join Indian Army through NDA Exam do not need to have studied Mathematics in the higher secondary level. There will be a compulsory paper of Mathematics in the NDA Exam, conducted by Union Public Service Commission.
