Re: How much rank is required in AIEEE(Range) to get admission in good government engineering colleges?
Dear Friend
The better you perform in AIEEE, the better and more no. of options will be available for you at the time of counseling. There are some government colleges too which are not capable of providing good course structure and/or placement but there are some private colleges too (e.g., BIT Mesra) which provide a very good course structure and placement. So, you must target such a rank at which you get a reputed private/government college so that you don't regret four years later (at the time of placement). As the 50% seats of all AIEEE colleges are reserved for state quota and rest 50% seats for All India quota so your state too, plays an important role to get you a good college. Till AIR of 10,000 you will surely get a decent college but it would be better if you rank below 5,000 AIR. I would suggest you not to get entangled in these type questionnaire. Don't try to do optimum study. You should prepare very well for the exam and always target for the highest point. Never compromise with studies and never expect any particular result. Just give your best in studies and leave the rest on fate, result will surely be good. |

Dear,
To get NIT, IIIT or good government regional college through AIEEE you should have rank with in 6000. If you can't mage to put your rank into the range of 6000-7000 then you would not get any government colleges. But here I will tell that choose course first then college. If your course is perfect then you go achieve the hike, no matter in which college you are. GOOD LUCK |

Re: How much rank is required in AIEEE(Range) to get admission in good government engineering colleges?
dear friend,
to get the admission ion the colleges offered by the exam aieee one must score the descent rank. as you have not mentioned your category there are different requirements of the ranks for the different categories . aieee exam offers the admission in the 30 NIT's in the India, out of the 30 nit's 20 are the old and 10 nits were made a year ago. to get admission in the good NIT you must score the rank below 20000. and if you are the student belonging to the reserved category then it will be upto 50000. to know the more information about the aieee exam and last year cutoff list kindly visit the website www.cccb.nic.in thanks |

Rank under 10000 will be considered very good. you will get a very good affliated college with this rank.
You may get into a NIT till a rank of 25000 with a little compromise with your branch. |
