How much salary can one get after passing diploma course?

Diploma is not the best course as today it is facing a tough competition with engineering students and they are slightly getting less importance than engineering students.

The salary of any person in private job depends upon three factors :

• Ability
• Experiance
• Educational Qualification

If you are talented then sooner or later ,you will definitely get good salary.

Experiance is today an important factor in private companies as far as salary is concerned .So more experiance means more salary.

Educational qualification is also equally important .In other words , you can say that a person having higher educational qualification will get better salary then one having lower educational qualification.

In this regard, the diploma students suffer competition with engineering students and thus gets less salary than an engineer as they work as junior engineer.They generally get at least 6 to 10 thousand less salary than an engineer .Means if an engineering is getting a salary of Rs 25000 then a diploma candidate with same experiance will get salary around 18 to 20000 rupees.

dear friend,
After completion of Diploma course , you will not be able to get a job of high salary or high designation.

As you want to go for job then you can get a job of salary 1.5 lacs - 3 lacs..

My suggestion will be to go for graduation course first..
After which you will get much good job opportunity.
