The number the subjects taught in the first year of M.Com degree varies with University. The subjects are same in most of the Universities. Management and Organization Behavior and Business Environment are included in the first year syllabus. Managerial Economics and Statistical Analysis are also included in first year syllabus. Second Semester include topics on Corporate Financial Accounting, Accounting for Managerial Decisions, etc. Marketing Management and Financial Management also form part of the syllabus.
