You have study medical subjects from the first year. Usually the course starts with topics in anatomy. You should work very hard and understand everything nicely to pass MBBS exam. During the course you will study about all the parts of body in details along with the methods to cure various ailments. In order to become a cardiologist you have to first pass M.D. in general medicine. After that you have to pass D.M. in cardiology to become cardiologist.
