you have to join coaching class and prepare mock test paper everyday and you have to downlaod mock test paper on the given site:

tips:
you should do hard work and must be to do full practice paper like mock test paper for one hours in everyday.

Well, the Ayurveda P.G. Entrance will be based on whatever the BAMS degree course covers. As you will be required to solve multi-choice objective questions, you will need to study thoroughly. Writing mock tests will also help you with time management and other issues.
