how to prepare the entrance exam in nda and physical and interview etc

HELLO,you can prepare for NDA by contrate on the study material & repetitve revision of notes.for theory only revision, practicing of maths & physics will be the powerful tool for an candidate.
for physical fitness wake up every day at 6.15 am,go for a walk & excercise for atleast 45 min. take breakfast it's known as brainfood which feel you fresh in your whole day.
don't study at late night which do not so help in your study.

practice mathematics well as its covers 300 marks...then do concentrate on other subjects also...prepare from previous year question paper...and for physical fitness you need to do exercise daily..
