Can i join Air Force having completed my 10 nd 11th standard

hi,
If you want to join Indian air force after 12th, you have to apply NDA exam.

You must be passed a 12th standard with physics and math subjects.,

Age limit is 16.5-19 years.

You must be unmarried male and Indian citizen.

---You must be physically as well as physically fit,

Indian Air Force can be joined through NDA(National Defence Academy) entrance exam conducted by UPSC twice every year after 12th.

First of all Girls are not eligible to apply for NDA as it is only meant for Male candidate.

The eligible candidate aspiring for Indian Air Force of NDA, must be an unmarried Indian Male having either appear for the final 12th exam or pass with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as subject of studies from a recognised Board within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with good Physical and Mental health.

Or you have to pass B.Tech with any stream.

After passing graduation you have to qualify the O.T.A exam.

O.T.A. exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice in a year.

Age limit for O.T.A. exam is 19-25 year.

You should be Medically fit (no major surgery)

There are three stages of selection:-
> Written Exam
> Interview
> Medical exam

You want to join the Indian air force (IAF), which is really appreciable. But as you are a girl, so you can not apply for the IAF through NDA (NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY) exam.. Because girls are not eligible for the NDA examination,. But you can apply for the INDIAN AIR FORCE, INDIAN NAVAL ACADEMY or INDIAN MILITARY ACADEMY, after graduation, through CDS examination.
CDS examination stands for COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICES EXAMINATION, this CDS examination is conducted by the UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION (UPSC).
The educational requirement for this examination is graduation degree from a recognized college.
But in order to apply for the AIR FORCE & NAVAL WING, you must have subjects PHYSICS & MATHEMATICS IN 10+2+3 level.
ALSO YOU MUST HAVE SCORE AT LEAST 60% IN GRADUATION.

The age limit for this examination is-

For IAF- 19-23 years,
For NA - 19-22 years,
For IMA - 19-25 years,

For joining Air Force you must take Physics, Chemistry and Maths in 10+2.

After 10+2 with above subjects you can apply for Air Force through NDA examination.

The age limit for NDA exam is 16.5 to 19 years and you must be unmarried male.

The selection will be based on the performance in the written exam and SSB interview.

You must be medically fit also for Air Force. If you are found unfit then you will be rejected in the medical test.

You can also apply for Group X technical trade after 10+2 with above subjects.This is a non officer post and salary will be not like NDA . The selection will be based on the written exam and physical fitness test.

After Graduation also one can join Air Force through CDSE and AFCAT.

So complete your education with required subjects and you will be definitely eligible for Air Force.

If i will not get more than 60% marks in class 10 but if i got good marks in 10 2 then i can join airforce

friend,you need to finish your intermediate or 12th standard.there is no specific course required to join in indian air force.

but you need to crack the entrance exam i.e NDA and NA examination

1)indian army
2)indian navy
3)indian air force

for this you need to fit for the required criteria which includes
1)age (16-19 years for boys ) * girls can not apply for the exam,they have the option to apply after their graduation

2)education qualification:- 12th passed or in 12 th

3)physical standards like height,weight,eye sight

4)should be mentally and physically fit and fine

5)free from diseases and infections

**or there is also a chance to join indian air force after the completion of bachelor degree by clearing CDS (combined defense service) conduct by upsc

both NDA AND CDS ,If one can clear the exam,fits the criteria then he or she can be a part of

a)flying branch
b)technical branch
c)ground duty branch

yes ofcouse friend you can join Indian air force after 10th ,but for that there is no written test,you need to clear the physical test.

you have a good option to join in Indian air force after 12th and also after graduation.for that you need to crack the entrance exam

1)NDA:- STANDS FOR NATIONAL DEFENSE ACADEMY ,conduct by upsc twice ina year as NDA I AND NDA II

Through NDA EXAM one can get into

1)Indian army

*eye sight=6/6 or 6/12 with or without glasses
