sir i want to know about gate aptitude question,,and how to prepare them

the gate aptitude questions are not very tough and a practice of one month or so will be enough to score well in it,
you should be practicing from the materials of time institute and also from books like r.s.agrwal,
also solve the previous years papers of mba exams like cat,xat and jmet

Aptitude in gate is not of high level it is very simple.
Just read basic formulas for solving apptitude question and solve couple of apptitude papers to build confidence thats enough to score good marks in that section of gate paper.

Revise whatever you had studied in B.E. And refresh your knowkedge in maths.

to prepare for GATE aptitude you really work out more and more problems from different topics...refer to RS AGARWAL aptitude for more questions also solve many previous years problems...try and increase you speed in solving as time will play vital role during the exam..

in my knowledge there is TANCET exam which also takes graduates for MTech...refer to my attachment for further details...

sir 2010 aptitude was easy but for 2011 it was somewhat tough.....

I Think you are preparing for GATE - 2012 exam. Well in GATE exam there are 10 questions on aptitude which include Verbal & Non Verbal areas and Logical reasoning, Quantitative Ability and General English.

There will be 10 questions of which five are 2 marks questions and remaining 5 are 1 mark questions totalling 15 marks. This area is very crucial because it is a rank deciding area.

The best books to follow for Aptitude is R.S. Agarwal Quantitative Aptitude and R.S Agarwal Verbal Reasoning. These two books will also help you a lot for campus recruitments. For Engish questions based on grammar and comprehensions, I suggest you to go through CAT material provided by TIME institute taking your friends help. This will provide you a lot of valuable information in a nutshell.

you will get books for gate in books center and you will get many aptitude questions in the net

in R.S agrawal's book,matter is too much,which topic I should read and which are not?

r.s. agarwal is not sufficient for GATE u will have to go through CAT material.

R.S.Agarwal is best book for aptitude.here i have attached the book & hope it will help u.
