How to prepare for NET exam in commerce field after completing CS company secretary?


I have completed my c.s(company secretary) and result is awaited...now i want to prepare for net exam in commerse field.. i am pursuing m.com too in business administration..please let me known the syallbus for net and the time schedule for this course..hope you will reply me asap.
