Natioanl Power Training Institute(SR) conducts One year Graduation Engineer course at Neyveli campus, T.N. each year.

Eligibility: Candidates who have passed B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics /Instrumentation are eligibile for the course.

Total no. of seats available: 50

Fee structure: For Non-sponsorted candidates( i.e. if you are not sponsored by a company) fees is Rs.1,25,000 ( can be paid in 2 instalments)

Notification regarding this course appeared on all leading Newspapers.
Laste date for submission of completed appliation forms: 3rd week of Dec.09
Course starts: 1.2.2010

Dear i am also a student of NPTI badarpur.Admission criteria for this college is through GGSIPU entrance test.you just have to appear for such exam CET(common entrance test) .85% seats are reserved for delhi candidates and 15% for outsiders.

Any engineering graduate with 60% marks can apply for this entrance exam conducted by National Power Training Institute. Some past papers and syllabus are given in the NTPI site

There is entrance exam for admission to NPTI.
I believe, you are talking about National Power Training Institute (NPTI), Faridabad. They prefer CAT score for admission into the course.Candidates can also download the form online through the website www.npti.nic.in.

If you are about NPTI, Neyveli, then admission is only through merit.
Application to be made on a A4 paper with Rs.700 accompanied.
Details on Application form:

Name.
Father's Name.
Date of birth & age
Sex.
Marital Status.
Nationality.
Whether SC / ST / OBC?
Postal Address.
Educational qualification starting from B.E. onwards stating subjects,
college / Institution, % of marks (Grading viz. CPI, DGPA, CGPA, OGPA, etc. are to be converted into equivalent percentage which should be supported by certificate issued by the concerned University).

I am doing B.Tech Geoscience in dehradun and planning to doing PGDC RS & GIS in NPTI Faridabad. There is no response from the site in the link for admission details of this course.
I am having 57% only in B.Tech . so, am I eligible for apply to PGDC or not? and pls send me the fee structure and Admission criteria to this course.
