i am pursuing my mba 1st year.decided to take specialisations-finance as major and hr as minor in 2nd year.intersted to give net-jrf(management) in 2nd year.so sir plz suggest me how to proceed in my preparation and reference books also

One should be thorough with the subject area for which you are appearing NET exam. You should practice for this exam using model question papers. You should concentrate more on weak areas and practice more. If interested, you can join coaching classes as part of preparation for NET exam. The candidates can download content from different portals. Also refer some past exams which help in preparation. The candidate can refer book written by Ravindra Pandey, S M Tripathi, Anil Sharma etc to prepare for NET exam.
