i passed in ibps clerk exam held on november.what the step will take next to get a job.

as per the above comment, we will get a mail in which a common counselling will b conducted and we can choose the banks as per the results and then we either get job after an interview or some kind of document checks or we get rejected in the interview... depends on the bank...

you already applied ibps exam then you know what is you results. After results you know your rank for example your rank is 600.
The bank will asking with ibps score rank so you can now apply with your detailer and ibps rank card he you apply in online process by ibps rank, my you can apply via website fill the details and proced to your application form,
