I m failed in 12th science.Is it possible to pursue BMM or BMS without clearing 12th exam or can i simultaneously appear for 12th while doing above courses?
if it is possible which colleges run such schemes?

It is not possible to join any of the graduate level courses with out passing 12th. Try to complete the backlog papers in XII asap. After that you can seek admission to the course in reputed Universities like Delhi University. Admission to course is done on merit basis. Marks obtained in 12th acts as the basis for admission. Delhi University conducts entrance test for admission.
