i failed in 12th cbse and want to reappear in 12th but dont want to go school i want to study at home

Their are many private school which give full attendance whether you go or not.
and in you can also give your 12 class exam. you can join that kind of school.

If you couldn't attempt 12th in one go, and want to take a re attempt, its good. But let me tell you, that if you want to study by yourself, you can do it from IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University)

They offer 12th courses, and would give you a 10+2 certificate, once you pass it from this university.

But I would suggest you do it from a proper CBSE board and recognized school, because if you do it alone, then your motivation and admiration level would fall and you wont see any competition against you.
