Eligibilty for the NDA exams is 12th pass for the Army wing
12th pass with Phy and Maths as subjects for the Airforce and Navy wing

Age- Minimum 16.5 years
Maximum 19 years

Since your age is 20yrs you donot meet the eligibility criteria of age,
so you cannot apply to UPSC NDA & NA Exams.

You can finish your graduation and then apply to UPSC CDS Exams
to join the Defence Services.Age limit for CDS Exams is 19-25yrs.

It is not possible for you to join NDA at the age of 20 years. Upper age limit for NDA is 19 years. You can join defense after graduation now. CDS is the way through which graduates can join to defense. Upper age limit to apply for CDS is 24 years.
