There are basically various courses in Law offered at bachelors level as well as masters level but LLB is the only course in Law offered as a Bachelors Degree program which enables one to enroll as an advocate and practice in the court of law. The profession as well as the education of Law is regulated by Bar Council of India and as per its guidelines, candidate must pursue three or five year program in Law through regular mode to be considered eligible for enrollment as an advocate and be able to practice in the court of law. So, it is not possible to pursue LLB through distance mode as there isn't any institute which offers this particular program through distance mode. However, there are other courses in Law which one can pursue through distance/correspondence mode but qualifying those courses will not enable the candidate to take up the profession of an advocate and will not be considered eligible to practice in the court of law.

sir i have completed B.com and i want to do LLB how can i take admission and how many years course give me sugessetion please

Sir i am a b. tech. 1st year [computer science & engineering] student. I want to take admission in correspondance/distance learning LLB along with my b. tech. I have a special inclination towards it.
Can i do so?
Will it be benificial for me?
please suggest.
