Respceted sir,
I am studying in 1st year mbbs in dy patil university pune
But now want to transfer to ahmedabad. It is possible.please do answer it quickly.

There is no such procedure because seats are allotted to students on merit. There are a limited number of seats available at colleges and once you get admission, you don't have much chance of changing colleges. If you are not happy with the college, you have to try again next year for your desired college campus admission.

Hence, just make sure you study well at the present college because admission to a good college is very tough these days. Once you have got admission, you should make the best out of it.
