Why should I pay 3 years engineering course fee to get TC from college? What are the Anna University rules regarding transfer to another college?


Sir am studying B.E Mechanical engineering 2 year . Now I want to transfer to another college for 3 year in my college they are saying me to pay the 3rd year fees and get your tc . Why I should pay the 3 year fee? I am going 3 year to another college then why I should pay the fee sir . Plz tell me the procedure and what want to,do transfer for another college. How much amount I should pay to get my tc ?? From Anna university rule how much amount I should pay to get tc plz sir tel me

Anna University is a technical university in Tamil Nadu, India. The main university campus in located in Guindy, Chennai.

You need not pay 3 years engineering course fee to get TC from college.

Guidelines for Transfer

Students studying in Government / Aided / Constituent Colleges of University will be considered for Transfer only to Government / Aided / Constituent Colleges of University.

Students studying in Self Financing Engineering Colleges will be considered for Transfer to another Self Financing Engineering College only.

Branch Transfer will not be accorded under any circumstances.

Transfer will be accorded within the sanctioned Intake in the respective branch of study in the College to which Transfer is requested.

In case of Inter University Transfer / Autonomous Institutions Transfer, the student should have cleared in all the subjects during the previous semesters of study.

For Inter University Transfer / Autonomous Institutions Transfer, during Vth semester, NOC from the University to which the Transfer requested College is affiliated is compulsory

I am not interested btech so
I will ask the principal "give me my certificates sir I will go to a degree college"
But he is not give my certificates you
pay the 4 years fee then took your certificates.......why..... I will not pay the money because I will come from a poor family but I want my certificates what can I do please, help me
