Hello friend,
Writing a mail may seem to be a easy thing but it can be a tricky one. First of all you have to be clear of what you want to convey through your mail. Is it personal or professional. If its personal then you can be in your comfort zone, but if its professional then you have to be careful about thing or two. In a mail the most important part is the subject, try to make it clear of what your message is all about in the subject. Dont make it too long and dont make it too short either. Highlight what your mail is all about. Secondly dont try to put too many matters in a single mail. The person reading it, might not have the time, if he responds then send the other.Try to concentrate on a single matter. Make it simple than putting strong words in it. Stick to it and you will be getting more attention to your mail. All the best.

From and TO is an important aspects.

Also you should give suitable title of your mail under subject column.

If you like put cc,BCC options.

Then start you mail with

appropriate words such us Dear, Sir, Hello

Write you mail shortly with exact body of the content.

Finally, say thanking you and

or REGARDS with your name designation with mobile number.

that's all

good luck
