I want to study CA, my age is 45+ and I am a non-commerce graduate. Is it possible?

I want to become a CA at age 45+ and I am from non-medical background with graduation in Agricultural Sciences but for 12 years I am into Financial Sector working with life insurance industry and I want to study for CA now. Will it be possible? Am I eligible at this age? How should I start?

There is no upper age limit for Chartered Accountancy course. You can start your CA course now.

As you are from non commerce stream, if you have 60% marks in bachelor's degree then you are eligible for second stage of CA course called IPCC. You can enroll for it.

If your percentage of marks is less than 60% then you need to apply for CPT exam and clear it. The online application for 2018 June CPT exam will begin from 4th April this year and last date is 26th April. Examination is on 17th June, 2018.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
