If I reappeared in one paper of 1st semester into 2nd semester just to improve marks then would it be considered as ATKT?

Hello sir, As I have completed my 3 years LLB course but in first semester my aggregate was below 50% I was lacking behind 2 marks I have given one paper again in next semester, so my question is would that be considered as Atkt???
