Can i fill scra 2016 form if i want to give improvement exam? Please explain me the eligibility for scra for improvement giving student

SCRA stands for Special Class Railway Apprentice.
UPSC conducts SCRA examination every year in the month of July to recruit in Railway Department.
Eligibility to appear in SCRA examination are
-Candidate must be a citizen of India.
-Candidate must have passed higher secondary examination with either first or second class from a recognized board.
-Candidate must be of age 17 to 21 years of age.

Notification of examination is out in the month of April.

If you have passed higher secondary examination with either 1st or 2nd class then you can appear in SCRA examination even you are appearing improvement or not.
So, you can apply for SCRA along with improvement examination of higher secondary examination.

See, by your question you are only considered about whether you can fill SCRA form if you are planning to appear for the improvement.

The answer is YES. You can definitely appear but your previous marks will be considered.
If you want that your improvement marks to be considered you will have to wait for the next year because then only those marks will be considered.
