There are many entrance examination for which you can appear after PCM in 10+2 board examination.

It is tough to give details about all examination. So, I think you first send us information about your interest in a particular field. But some of entrance examination for which you can appear is :-

JEE, VITEEE, BITSAT--- Engineering.
CLAT, BHULAT ------Law.
NDA ---- Defence.

For simple gradation course you need to appear in different entrance examination conducted by each university.

Some of best entrance examination for which you can appear is :-

Engineering entrance examination.
Law Admission Test.
Entrance examination for admission of graduation courses.
Common Proficiency Test.
National Institute of Fashion Technology.

These are most common available option available for you after 10+2 with PCM. You can also appear for government jobs entrance examination after 10+2.
