I have passed my graduation with 45% can i eligible for this exam

You are eligible to apply for IBPS PO Examination. There is no percentage criteria to apply for this examination. Gradation degree is the important factor to apply for this examination and there is no needed extra qualification and marks to apply for this examination.

IBPS i.e Institute of Banking Personnel Selection conducts the Common Written Examination once in a year to admission to Probationary Officer, Clerical Officer and Specialist Officer Examination and RRB Regional Examination. To apply for Probationary officer examination the candidate must have a completed degree course. Age should between 20 years - 30 years and relaxation is applicable as per government norms. The exam notification will be publish in the month of July or August in the official website of IBPS as well as employment news paper.
